A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Meredith and I am the Yoga Instructor for Motive ‘s F4R program. I began my yoga journey in 2012 as a student seeking to find relief from pain and anxiety. What I ended up receiving was so much more than I ever imagined. Yoga taught me that when we connect with our breath we can gain control of our thoughts and physical abilities. Creating a balance on the mat leads you to create balance in your life. Our bodies often hold on to traumas from our past but we can learn how to release the pain through movement, breath and meditation.
Being part of the Motive community has taught me that dedication, consistency and connections with others is how we grow into our best selves- physically, mentally and emotionally. The growth I continue to see in the lives of the Motive students is inspiring and they are living proof that the Motive philosophy truly works. Raise your standards for fitness and life!
